POSCO Group's executive shared growth support group introduced the case of Jin Poong Industry, which has succeeded in creating a pleasant workplace as well as quality and sales through QSS + activities and improvement projects.

Jinpung Industrial Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Sung-woo), located in Yeongcheon, Gyeongbuk, specializes in the processing and heat treatment of CHQ materials and bearing steel wires, which are used as core parts of domestic and overseas key industries such as automobiles, construction, home appliances, and industrial machinery. Since its launch in 1982, it has grown and developed as one of POSCO's key customers.

However, as the global economic downturn continued, Jinpung felt the need for innovation. In search of new ways to diagnose problems on the spot, he met with POSCO's executive growth support group in April last year.
